This is of course a 992 of the second iteration or a 992.2 GT3 Touring. Specified as elegantly as one can only specify a car of this class. The exterior is in Oak Green Matallic Neo. A color with deep roots in the brand's history but here in a new vintage. Slightly darker and deeper than the original but by far the best color choice for the new GT3. The exterior is beautifully framed with window moldings in brushed aluminum and rims painted in a color that Porsche themselves call California Gold. A sober and beautiful whole. The front has its airblades painted in the color of the car and so do the base for the side mirrors. The rear of the car is dominated by the centrally mounted exhaust system. Even from a few meters away you can also glimpse the contrast from the inside. A more unusual option. So unusual that it is not even an option.Cohiba Brown is a color that departs from the options available for the new GT3 and to be able to choose it you have to turn to Porsche's Exclusive Manufaktur department who can happily assist with it. At a cost of course. But it is almost insignificant in this case when the end product is this perfect. The brown leather upholstery is contrasted in parts against black and woven together with contrasting seams. The details here are many. Too many to list but the driver's environment is recognizable. Albeit in a new 992.2 vintage. In front of the driver is a completely new display that has been specially adapted for the GT3. We do not find the mentioned start button here. Instead, a more traditional knob to start the car. But the highlight of this particular example is of course found in the center console. A manual gear selector. Upgraded with the stroke we first got in the S/T sibling. In combination with the four-liter engine, this is today one of the world's most fun-to-drive machines.
