Story:As the ultimate masterpiece of the AMG GT range, this Black Series simply couldn’t be ignored. It represents the most extreme street-legal version ever built, a true race car for the open road. Within AMG’s history, the Black Series badge stands for uncompromising engineering and raw performance, and this GT Black Series is the most advanced expression of that philosophy. Every element has been designed for one purpose only: maximum performance, ultimate control, and a driving experience that feels straight out of the racetrack.

To achieve that, AMG re-engineered the GT from the ground up. The enormous rear wing with an active aero flap may be the most eye-catching feature, but the carbon side skirts, front splitter and canards all serve a functional purpose. Beneath the surface, nearly every body panel, including the hood, roof, trunk lid and doors, is made of carbon fiber, resulting in remarkable weight savings and razor-sharp handling.

Under the bonnet lies AMG’s hand-built 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with a flat-plane crankshaft, unique within the AMG family. Producing 730 hp and 800 Nm of torque, it delivers brutal acceleration and a raw, mechanical character. The throttle response is instantaneous, and the sound is unlike anything else, more GT3 racer than road car. A 0-100 km/h sprint is done in just three seconds and the top speed is over 320 km/h.

The chassis is fully adjustable, equipped with adaptive damping, an electronic limited-slip differential and the AMG Track Pace system. The AMG ceramic brakes with black calipers provide immense stopping power, while the adjustable aerodynamics and carbon roof ensure outstanding stability at high speeds. Forged AMG wheels in 19 and 20 inches complete the purposeful stance.

Finished in elegant Selenite Grey metallic, this Black Series combines subtlety with aggression. The AMG Exterior Carbon Package, dark-tinted glass, carbon door sills and the active rear spoiler emphasize its uncompromising character. Every surface serves aerodynamics, every detail reflects precision.

Inside, the atmosphere is pure motorsport. The cabin is trimmed in black Alcantara and leather, with AMG Performance seats, a roll cage and a traction control dial inspired by AMG’s GT3 race cars. The steering wheel is wrapped in Alcantara, the trim finished in matte carbon, and despite the focus on performance, the car remains generously equipped with comfort and driver-assistance features such as Blind Spot Monitoring and a rear-view camera.
