Engine is defective, so it does not run and a new engine must be installed, ENGINE DEFECTIVE

The car is registered in the US and is being sold as such. If you want a Dutch license plate, you'll need to figure out how it all works yourself...

Preferably sell to trade/export and no private sales unless you are handy with cars.
