Der Abarth 695 Biposto Record Edition ist eine noch radikalere limitierte Version des bereits extremen 695 Biposto.
Er feiert den 50. Jahrestag einer Leistung von Carlo Abarth selbst: Im Oktober 1965, im Alter von 57 Jahren, fand er nicht den idealen Fahrer, um einen Beschleunigungsrekord in Monza zu brechen, und verlor daraufhin 30 kg, um selbst in das Cockpit seines Fiat Abarth "1000 Monoposto" zu passen und den Rekord aufzustellen.
Die Zahl "133" der limitierten Produktion entspricht der Anzahl der Rekorde, die die Skorpion-Marke hält.

Evo Magazine beschrieb ihn 2015 als eines der "verrücktesten" Autos, die in diesem Jahr getestet wurden, während Top Gear ihn auf dem Papier furchteinflößend, aber auf der Strecke letztlich verspielt und mitreißend fand.

The Abarth 695 Biposto Record Edition is an even more radical limited version of the already extreme 695 Biposto.
It celebrates the 50th anniversary of a feat by Carlo Abarth himself: in October 1965, at age 57, unable to find the ideal driver to break an acceleration record at Monza, he lost 30 kg so he could fit into the cockpit of his Fiat Abarth "1000 Monoposto" and set the record.
The "133" in the limited production run corresponds to the number of records held by the Scorpion brand.

Evo Magazine described it in 2015 as one of the "craziest" cars tested that year, while Top Gear found it terrifying on paper but ultimately playful and thrilling on track.
