The Porsche 911 (992) GT3 R rennsport is one of the most extreme customer race cars Porsche has ever developed. With a production run of only 77 units worldwide, it represents a pure celebration of Porsche’s rich motorsport heritage. The model was created to commemorate 75 years of Porsche sports cars and offers collectors and trackday enthusiasts the opportunity to experience a GT race car without the restrictions of official racing regulations.

This particular example is finished in the highly desirable and €123,000 ‘Flacht Design’, a tribute to Porsche’s motorsport headquarters in Flacht. The striking livery highlights the car’s aggressive aerodynamics and directly links it to Porsche’s factory race teams.

Inside, the car is equipped with the €2,000 optional red racing harnesses. A small yet striking detail that creates a beautiful contrast with the functional race interior. In fact, the exterior colour and the colour of the harnesses are the only two configurable options on the GT3 R rennsport, further emphasizing how pure and purpose built this machine truly is.

What truly sets the GT3 R rennsport apart from the regular GT3 R is the absence of FIA racing regulations. Because the car is not homologated for competition, Porsche engineers were able to completely abandon the Balance of Performance restrictions that normally apply to GT3 race cars. As a result, the naturally aspirated 4.2 litre flat six produces approximately 620 hp, around 55 hp more than the standard GT3 R. The aerodynamics are also significantly more extreme, featuring a completely redesigned body, a massive rear wing, an aggressive front splitter and vertical fins inspired by iconic Porsche race cars such as the 935.

What makes this particular example even more special is its completely untouched condition. The car is entirely new and has never been driven. It still retains all original factory transport protection, including the plastic wrapping around the tyres and the wooden protective pieces on the front splitter and other vulnerable aerodynamic components. Details that perfectly illustrate just how new and untouched this rennsport truly is.
