VAT Reclaimable Cars

• The advertised price includes 19% German VAT (MwSt) for comparison to the German market.
• All vehicles are sold exclusively at net price (without VAT) to EU-based companies with a valid VAT registration number.
• No sales to private individuals – strictly B2B only.
• No warranty is provided – unless other stated in the contract.
• Cash is not accepted – payment must be made by bank transfer only.

Net price applies only under one of the following conditions:

• A 25% VAT deposit is required and will be refunded upon proof of registration in the destination country.OR
• A signed CMR freight document from a registered transport company confirming export.

Required Documentation for Sale
To complete the sale, the following documents must be provided:

• Company registration documents showing a valid VAT number, physical business address, and the registered owner of the company
• Copy of the company owner's passport
